This cross-sectional study was carried out to determine the prevalence of UTI among pregnant women attending in three private medical college hospital of Dhaka. The findings suggest that Urinary tract infection is still a major health problem among pregnant women especially during their 2nd to 3rd trimester. Urinary tract infections with pregnancy still constitute a big problem with high incidence. It has a great impact on pregnancy outcomes mainly the 2nd to 3rd trimester of pregnancy. So, the study recommends health education about personal hygiene, repeated urine cultures early in pregnancy, and during the third trimesters, especially for pregnant women who have symptoms. Specific antibiotics should be prescribed to avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
