We rewrite the recent history of 25 Brazilian indigenous nations using simple ecological principles under the scope of Population Ecology Theory, which explore the interaction between the effects of population size and external variables on the dynamics of Brazilian indigenous nations. Th study shows that the advances of agriculture frontiers and health care interacted with the population size to explain the indigenous demographic dynamics.
