Water Security and Climate Change in Arid Region

This book is to honor and aim for the betterment of all future generations around the world, including the author’s children, Aaron and Michael. We have moral and professional responsibilities to do the right thing and mentor the future generation to safeguard natural resources and environment and mitigate any potential negative impact on the climate and environmental resources. This book is also dedicated to the World Water Day, which is an annual UN observance day that highlights the importance of freshwater for survival and existence of every living organism on this planet. The observance of world water day is aimed to advocate and promote sustainable management of freshwater resources. Furthermore, we need to educate and energize the world population to be sensitive to maintain sustainable natural ecosystems, and environment despite the challenge of the need to produce more food, feed, and fuel to cater the increasing world population.
